Overview
This programme is designed to provide business executives with high integrity learning on leadership. Participants will be working with the Roosters coaching, playing and management staff, senior academics and sport leadership experts and will be required to transpose knowledge from the sport context to their business environment. The programme will require participants to attend eight unique sessions throughout the home and away NRL season, varying from interactive lectures and workshops to observing and analysing a physical training session and attending two match days, one at home and one away (Townsville).
This innovative programme, through the use of both 'up close and personal' observation of the Sydney Roosters and their leaders as well as case studies of their processes, will connect the Sydney Roosters leadership strategies and their implementation to the corporate context.
