Overview

Most sport organisations need to ensure that their competitive advantage is maximised through the best preparation of their athletes. Increasingly sports are looking to develop High Performance Units or performance support teams to provide an integrated, co-ordinated systematic approach to the optimal servicing of elite athletes. This three day residential programme will use case studies to consider the issues surrounding the creation and design of a High Performance unit. It will focus on using a dynamic cross-disciplinary system rather than a departmental approach to enhance high performance.

All participants who complete the course will receive an Executive Certificate which is endorsed by the SKA Academic Advisory Committee and bears the marks of the University of Sydney and the University of Technology, Sydney.
