Overview

Optimising Physical Performance is an intensive programme designed to bring participants up to date with the very latest practices in the development of High Performance Sport. The focus of this programme will be on the application of sport science to the enhancement of performance, with particular emphasis on physical conditioning. Presenters will be leading figures in high performance sport combining academic excellence with significant experience in the practical application of theory to performance at the elite level.
