Overview

The ability of team members to co-operate on the field is at the core of all winning tactics and teams. Istvan Gorgenyi's Hunting Territory® Theory provides a unique insight into how athletes interrelate and how this impacts on team performance. Group dynamics and communication underpin and determine the co-operation of team members. The seminar will assist participants to understand the significant role team dynamics and communication play in achieving team success, as well as how co-operation between team members can be significantly improved with the use of the Hunting Territory® Sport Application. Case studies on the Socceroos and other teams will be discussed and workshopped.By attending this seminar participants will acquire tools to significantly improve their teams' performance.
